As a new dog owner, I was a bit nervous about taking my pup to a park for the first time, but I’m so glad I chose to come here! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and it’s clear that many regulars come here, creating a sense of community. My dog loved the agility equipment; it was a fun challenge for her, and I enjoyed watching her gain confidence as she navigated it. The park is spacious, allowing dogs plenty of room to frolic and play. I did notice a few areas where the ground was uneven, which could be a concern for older dogs or those with mobility issues. Still, overall, the park is well-maintained, and the owners do a great job of cleaning up after their pets. I also loved the designated small dog area; it’s nice that they have that option. I think this place has the potential to be even better with a few more benches for humans! I’ll definitely be returning regularly, as it’s become a highlight of my dog's week. If you’re in Wilmington and looking for a fun outing with your furry friend, this is the place to be!
